Wright Capital Management, LLC (“WCM”) is offering a private fixed-income investment opportunity through secured promissory notes, backed by income-producing commercial real estate. Investors will receive guaranteed quarterly interest payments, supported by the cash flow of stabilized, leased commercial assets.

     The initial launch of the note program will include eight investor slots, strategically divided into four interest rate tiers across two term lengths. Each investor will have the option to roll over capital into a new term at maturity or request a full return of principal. These structured tiers are designed to balance investor returns with capital liquidity, ensuring WCM can meet payout obligations without compromising operating reserves.
